*VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY*
Come join SGI and the NPS in raking the leaf litter off Orchard Knob's recovering landscape!
As a unit of the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park ensemble, Orchard Knob is being restored, and we need your help! The first step in the ecological restoration of this urban remnant barren is to rake and remove all the leaf litter that is hampering the ecological health and beauty of this site.
Come join us at this important step in restoration! We will be raking, piling, and bagging leaves all day, and we could use your help. Stay all day, or help for an hour - whatever works for your schedule.
