Forever Moccasin Bend: Open The Gateway Press Conference
National Park Partners announced the launch of the Forever Moccasin Bend campaign, a public-private project that will Open The Gateway to the nation’s first and only National Archaeological District. The campaign was kicked off on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at the Gateway Site on Hamm Road during a press conference that included remarks from Former Congressman Zach Wamp, Park Superintendent Brad Bennett, and National Park Partners executive director, Tricia King-Mims.
